马泉山泉茗绿茶

马泉山泉茗绿茶产自 2021年度茶业百强县（陕西省商南县） ，产地属于秦岭自然保护区范围，也是南水北调水源涵养地，当地生态环境良好，茶山不施农药，以谷雨前采摘茶树的一芽一叶初展叶为原料，在严格选料的基础上，经适度摊放，杀青、清风、初炒、做形起毫，烘焙、拣剔、包装等工序精制而成，属半炒半烘半机械化生产的高档卷曲形绿茶。具有外形紧秀弯曲、白毫显露，汤色嫩绿、清澈明亮、叶底黄绿、耐泡、回甜、滋味鲜爽，栗香浓郁持久的特点。

Maquanshan Quanming Green Tea is produced in Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province, China. It belongs to the Qinling Nature Reserve and is also a water source conservation area for the South to North Water Diversion Project. The local ecological environment is good, and the tea mountains do not use pesticides. The tea is made from the first buds and leaves of tea trees picked before the valley rain as raw materials. On the basis of strict selection of materials, it is moderately spread, killed, cleared, stir fried, shaped, baked, picked, and packaged. It is a high-end curly green tea produced by semi frying, semi drying, and semi mechanized processes. It has the characteristics of tight and curved appearance, exposed white hairs, tender green soup color, clear and bright, yellow green leaves at the bottom, resistance to soaking, sweet aftertaste, fresh and refreshing taste, and rich and long-lasting chestnut aroma.

马泉山泉茗绿茶内含物质较为丰富，经检测每公斤商南茶铁含量在172毫克 ~355.3毫克，锌含量在45.5毫克 ~54.6毫克，水浸出物含量达44% ~46.7%，茶多酚含量达17.2% ~18.2%，并有24种有机物质稳定组合成的独特香味。

Maquanshan Quanming green tea contains abundant substances, with iron content ranging from 172 milligrams to 355.3 milligrams, zinc content ranging from 45.5 milligrams to 54.6 milligrams per kilogram of Shangnan tea, water extract content reaching 44% to 46.7%, tea polyphenol content ranging from 17.2% to 18.2%, and a unique aroma composed of 24 stable organic substances.
