Green Tea is produced in Shangnan County, Shaanxi Province, China. It belongs to the Qinling Nature Reserve and is also a water source conservation area for the South to North Water Diversion Project. The local ecological environment is good, and the tea mountains do not use pesticides. The tea is made from the first buds and leaves of tea trees picked before the valley rain as raw materials. On the basis of strict selection of materials, it is moderately spread, killed, cleared, stir fried, shaped, baked, picked, and packaged. It is a high-end curly green tea produced by semi frying, semi drying, and semi mechanized processes.
